About the role
We are looking for a Full Time Retail Support Assistant. This role is Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, and will operate a hybrid working pattern but will include Wednesdays and Thursdays in our High Wycombe office. There is also a requirement to attend our Equity House office on a Monthly Basis, to enable collaborative working across the wider team.
In this role, you will support the Retail Support Manager in delivering an effective communication service to our Sales Team and wider customer base. You’ll play a key part in shaping how our retail brands communicate, ensuring information is accurate, timely and engaging across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Retail Support Manager to develop and implement a communications strategy across all retail brands.
- Work closely with the Digital Team to manage and maintain customer facing website content.
- Partner with the Buying Team to stay informed on upcoming activity and translate this into clear communication.
- Plan, create and distribute concise store communications that keep our customer base informed about business initiatives and industry developments.
- Drive store engagement through daily, weekly and seasonal communications across Email, WhatsApp, Web and SMS.
You will need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Confident using WhatsApp, mobile platforms and online tools.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Confident decision making and problem solving using your own initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading accuracy.
