About the role

Booker Group are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Media Administrator who can be based out of one of the following locations: Eccles, Haydock or Equity House. You should have real flair for Digital Administration and thrive on providing an exemplary service to support the Trading team to help improve customer satisfaction and cash profit.

This role will have specific focus on providing administration support to the Promotions & Digital Marketing Manager to help improve customer satisfaction and cash profit.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Efficiently producing timely and accurate management information.
  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the supplier funded digital activity plan, including Web banners/emails.
  • Working closely with both internal and external contacts, developing strong working relationships.
  • Analysing and reporting on supplier funded digital activities.

Cash Profit:

  • Working with suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.
  • Helping to deliver incremental income via selected supplier’s & category areas.
  • Ensuring that all Supplier invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Delivering confident presentations to external contacts to help unlock income. 

Main Functions:

  • Keeping systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
  • Assisting in the delivery and implementation of Supplier funded advertising in the Food & Drink Guide/Catering News.
  • Identifying improvements and smarter working methods.
  • Assisting to find the best ways of working and make changes for improvement where required.
  • The ability to work to deadlines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Health, Safe and Legal (Governance, Security and Controls):

  • Comply with all procedures and system security measures.
  • Comply with all company policies, e.g. financial planning and control, health and safety etc.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion to ensure everyone feels welcome at Booker.

You will need

  • Excellence in building positive relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues, customers and suppliers with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • A creative & analytical mind set.
  • The ability to manage your own time, organising and prioritising effectively.   
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ideally Business Objects.
  • To show experience of self-motivation and, forward thinking to help meet the needs of the business.
  • Show experience of managing upwards.
  • Experience of B2B marketing practices and a passion for both digital and print marketing communications.
