Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Butchery Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain team.

Working closely with our Butchery Supply Chain colleagues, Branches, Distribution Centres and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of supply chain activities. You'll provide essential support, manage system-based processes, resolve queries and help maintain accurate and timely information to support our operations.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to internal customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Butchery Supply Chain team.
• Processing and maintaining information across a range of supply chain systems. 
• Supporting Branches and Distribution Centres with queries and requests. 
• Managing supply chain and branch order administration activities. 
• Producing, distributing and maintaining business reports. 
• Ensuring customer and stakeholder queries are handled professionally and efficiently. 
• Maintaining accurate records and supply chain documentation.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Supply Chain, Distribution, Commercial and IS teams to support operational performance.

You will need

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. 
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple business systems.
• Flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to support changing business priorities.
