- Supporting the legal team with reporting and administrative tasks related to compliance programmes, including but not limited to Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery Due Diligence.
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team, assisting with ad-hoc duties as required.

- Sound judgement, with the ability to identify risk and know when to seek guidance or escalate an issue.
- Capable of working independently with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) with the ability to use them effectively in a professional setting.
- Confidence in learning and using digital tools to improve processes, maintain consistent records and support legal team reporting and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality, respect, and trust.
